چکیده :

Due to the complexity and dynamism in the current unstable global environment, senior management requires a formal, stable and comprehensive framework for management of the firm’s strategic position. Ansoff’s strategic model is primarily focused on the identification and promotion of the firm’s strategic potential performance through analysis of the level of turbulence and dynamism of the industry environment based on compliance and the level of strategic aggressiveness (SA). This paper intends to provide a stable model for enrichment of evaluation of the current and future performance position of Kerman Modiran Vehicle Manufacturing Co. by combining Ansoff's model of strategic control with the General Electric (GE) Model, Porter Model, SWOT Analysis and the Resource-based View (RBV). 100 senior managers of Iran Khodro Firm (IKCO), as the leader firm, and 30 senior managers of Modiran Vehicle Manufacturing Co., as the target firm, and approximately 100 managers of the other vehicle manufacturing companies in the country constitute the statistical sample in this study. The results of positioning matrix show that management of Modiran Vehicle Manufacturing Co. must improve its strategic budget and competitive position compared with that of IKCO, but that it is in a proper state in terms of strategic position.
