چکیده :

ABSTRACT: According to the span of public libraries that various groups are in, these centers have a fundamental role in social, cultural and economic development of communities, so, they are one of the most important elements of fundamental transformation of societies. Accordingly, this study examined the relationship between organizational climate, organizational culture and creativity with job satisfaction in librarians of Ahvaz public libraries. This study is a descriptive one which is done by correlation method. Sample size consisted of 180 participants who were randomly chosen by Cronbach's alpha. Data was gathered by Lyle Sussman and Sam Deep 1989 Organizational Climate Questionnaire, Hofstede (1980) Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Randseep 1979. Quoted from; Sayadat at, al (2007) Creativity Questionnaire (1979), and Smith, Kendall and Hullin 1985 Quoted from; Zahed et al (2010) Job Descriptive Index. Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient Regression coefficient) were used for data analysis. Results obtained from Pearson correlation coefficient shows a significant positive correlation between organization climate and librarians' job satisfaction (π<0.000, ρ=.479), a significant positive correlation between organization culture and job satisfaction( π .000 , ρ = .516), and a significant positive correlation between creativity and job satisfaction (π < .000 , ρ = .578). According to the results, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between organization climate, organization culture, and creativity with librarians' job satisfaction. The results show that creativity and innovation are variables that without them an occupation and organization comes to a state of stagnation. Innovation is necessary for the maintenance and improvement of jobs.
