چکیده :

Abstract: In order to study the effect of Pseudomonas and Azospirillum isolates on yield and yield components of rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivar traditional Tarom and high product Keshvari rice, an experiment was conducted in Mazandaran province, Rice research Institute, city Amol in 2013. A factorial experiment under complete randomized block design with three replications was used for this research that first factor at 2 levels (Traditional Tarom and Keshvari) and second factor bacterial at 4 levels (Azospirillum, Pseudomonas, mixture Azospirillum and Pseudomonas, No consumption witness). The analysis of variance showed that the effect of cultivar treatment had significant on number of empty grain and full grain and yield. Also the application of bacterial had significant on number of full grain, number of empty grain and grain yield. At different cultivars, Keshvari cultivar had the highest yield of 3169/6 Kg/ha. The effect of treatment mixture 2 bacterial (Azospirillum and Pseudomonas) had the highest yield of 3202/1 Kg/ha and had difference about 28 percent by witness with yield of 2292 Kg/ha. According to the results, the effect of mixture 2 bacterial at Keshvari cultivar could have the highest yield of Raton. The most important aim of this research was to reduce consumption of chemical fertilizers by using biological fertilizers which could lead to an effective step in preserving the environment.
