چکیده :

Abstract The purpose of this research has been done by the aim of surveying and comparing the condition of productivity of personnel of Ardabil Islamic Azad University in 2012- 2013.The research method was descriptive and the studied society includes all of both men and women personnel in university by the population 400 people. And based on Morgan Table, a sample with the population of 200 people, it was selected classified random sampling method. For collecting data, the standard questionnaire of Hersi and Gold Smith has been used in which its reliabilities have been calculated by Cronbach Alpha 0/90. The results from data analysis by Spss software indicated that productivity of personnel Ardabil Islamic Azad university personnel was (2/27) was lower than theoretical average (3). The highest gained average is related to component compatibility (3/21) and a minimum of motives (2/21). Also, the results of t- test independent groups indicated that there was not any meaningful differences between men and women in productivity and their elements. According to these results, solutions have been presented for productivity to improve its condition and its components in the university.
