چکیده :

The aim of this research is surveying and comparing condition in the organizational intelligence of staff in Islamic Azad University of Ardebil Branch (2012-2013). The method used in the present research, is descriptive kind of research, and also studied community of all personnels-both men and women- that were 400 people. And based on Morgan Table, a sample of 200 people was selected by classified random sampling. For collecting data from standard questionnaires, the organizational intelligence of Albrecht has been used that its reliability was calculated by the method Cronbach’s Alfa 0/91. The results obtained from the analyzing data, by using SPSS software, indicated that organizational intelligence of personnels in Ardebil Azad University with experimental average (3/07) is higher than theoretical average (3). The obtained highest average is related to the component of joint fate (3/31) and the lowest average is relating to interest for changing (2/75). Also, T-Test in independent groups indicated that there was not meaningful difference between organizational intelligence of men and women. With regard to the research findings, solutions have been presented for improving the condition of organizational intelligence and its components in related university
