چکیده :

Many successful managers attempt to improve the quality of their presented services. In order to remain as, they apply continuous evaluation results for achieving customer satisfaction and retain competitive advantage of their organization. In this research, three predominant universities in Isfahan are evaluated and ranked based on their presented services quality from the student’s perspectives. Modified SERVQUAL used to evaluate the Grey Assessment used to rank these universities. Grey Assessment is one of the most novel tools in uncertain condition. Empirical results indicate that medical science university of Isfahan gained the comparative satisfaction of their undergraduate and attained the first place
