This study was investigated the relationship between the components Physical and mental health dimensions of organizational commitment is doing among Woman teachers Piranshahr city. Using descriptive – correlation 86 female teachers in schools was selected by simple random sampling. To collect Data from two mental health questionnaire Goldberg and Hiller (1979), and is used organizational commitment, Meyer and Allen (1990). Questionnaire for the experts Psychology and Educational Sciences was used to measure the reliability coefficient alpha of mental health questionnaire α=%914 and organizational commitment questionnaire α =%865, respectively. The research data by collecting and analyzing the research hypotheses we tune and multiple regression analysis were analyzed. Results indicate that: a component of mental health dysfunction Depression was significantly associated with overall social component Organizational commitment. The components of ADHD symptoms Anxiety, sleep and physical relationship Significant predictor of organizational commitment.
