چکیده :

The Porpuse of this sudy is survaying and applying managerial grid model in iranian prosperous organization, according to Robert Blake and Jane Mouton dominant patterns of behavior to understanding the dominant leadership style and consequently studying its effects on organizational performance. This research employs the two dimensions of the leadership grid in the organization and by utilizing the administration of questionnaire, defines the ranking of each dimension. The resulting scores are then intermixed and placed on a twodimensional grid. The Finding of study shows that , all companies are roughly close to the middle-of-the-road management area (5, 5 score) in the leadership grid.
