Abstract- Spiritual intelligence as the most important man intelligence gives a meaningful sense to life and has significant effects on work environment. The purpose of this article is to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction in Mashhad high school teachers.215 statistical samples were selected from the population through multiple stage classified sampling. The method of study was descriptive correlation. The Abdollahzade and et all’s standardized questionnaire was used to measure the spiritual intelligence and the Kendall and Hulin’s standardized questionnaire (job descriptive index) was employed to measure job satisfaction and its dimensions. The results of Spearman’s correlation coefficient showed that there was significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of high school teachers (p<0.05). The work itself dimension of job satisfaction is more related. The gender has significant effect on spiritual intelligence but no significant effect on job satisfaction. Schooling and work experience has no significant effects on both.
