چکیده :

This article aims to analysis the alignment between objective indicators in higher education strategic planning and faculty members’ performance measurements. In order to collect data the questionnaire method have been used. These questioners were distributed between 35 members at the Demavand Payam Noor University. In order to analyzing data and concluding results, SPSS used. Also our research was based on structural equation model. The result indicated that there was alignment between indicators of higher education strategic planning with faculty performance indicators. Also there was positive alignment between each dimension of higher education strategic planning with faculty performance measurements. The findings show that gaps between each of the variables was assessed and measured. Therefore, the highest rate is measured in the financial with average of 86.25 and the lowest with 80.29 governance. Finally, statistical hypothesis testing was confirmed for each of the research hypotheses
