چکیده :

The current study surveys the relation between organizational justice, organizational commitment and organizational health in staff of state offices of Esfarayen County. From the point of aim, the current research is an applied research, and its methodology is descriptive-inferential. The research population includes all staff of state offices in Esfarayen County with a number of 620 individuals; by the use of Krejcie-Morgan table, 238 individuals were chosen as the research sample through simple random sampling. Organizational justice questionnaire was used for evaluating the organizational justice, organizational commitment questionnaire was used for evaluating the organizational commitment and researcher’s questionnaire was used for measuring the organizational health; validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by experts’ evaluations. Also the reliability of questionnaire by the use of Cronbach’s alpha for the questionnaires of organizational justice, commitment and health was respectively 0.932, 0.932, and 0.928; and all of them indicate the acceptable reliability of the questionnaires. Due to the abnormality of research dependent variables and having three components, the linear regression method was used for surveying the relation and significance of components. Results of linear regression showed that there is a significant relation between all of the components of justice, organizational commitment and health, and this significance is more prominent in the affective component of organizational commitment compared to the components of normative and continuance. And on the other hand, the relation between organizational commitment and organizational justice is more prominent and significant compared to the organizational health. It could be concluded that creating justice in an organization could result in commitment and health of that organization, thus managers should consider justice-orientation in their works.
