چکیده :

This study was conducted with the aim of examining the relationship between organizational justice, and organizational citizenship behavior among secondary school teachers, the second city of Kerman. The research method in this study is a descriptive matter, and the study population included all secondary school teachers, the second city of Kerman, the number of 622 persons, among them, 257 patients were enrolled, Cluster sampling - random. In this study, we have used the Organizational Justice Questionnaire Kalkoyt (2001), consisted of 18 questions, and OCB questionnaire Podsakef (1990), which consists of 24 questions, the validity of the type of content, and their reliability were estimated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively, 0.94 and 0.79. To describe the data is used, the mean, standard deviation, and data analysis, Pearson correlation, regression, t-test, one-group t-test and ANOVA. Our findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behaviors of teachers. Also, the study of organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior in predicting teachers observed that procedural justice, is the most anticipated, the OCB, and there was significant difference between organizational justice and citizenship behavior Teachers, according to education level. Due to the age of the teachers observed a significant difference, just changing organizational citizenship behavior, and in connection with the work of teachers, there was a significant difference between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior of the teachers.
