چکیده :

present study aims to examine the relationship between components of emotional intelligence and motivational beliefs of high school boy students in Rask city. It is a type of survey study and all high school boy students of the city with a total size of 1400 students participated in the study. Using, the Kerjecy and Morgan Table 302 students were selected. The Bar-On emotional intelligence inquiry (EQ-i) and motivational strategies for learning questionnaire (MSLQ) were applied. The results indicate that a meaningful relationship exists between components of emotional intelligence as self-expression, empathy, social responsibility, flexibility, stress control, slef0esteem, optimism, interpersonal relation, realism, emotional awareness, self-actualization, mental stress tolerance, authority, happiness, and problem solving with the learning strategies.
