چکیده :

The present paper aims to study the evolution of management and its relationship with the performance of elementary school principals and research method is a descriptive correlational. All elementary school principals Konarak city's population in the 93-92 academic year which their number is 150 (132 males, 18 females), which between them offer Morgan table 108 patients (96 males and 12 females) with sampling- were selected using questionnaires manage transformational (adapted from research Keikhanezhad 87) and management performance (adapted from Montazeri research) were tested. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires were reviewed by faculty questionnaires were estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which alpha coefficient of Transformational Management Inventory 0.89 and the administrators is 0.94. Data analysis using Pearson correlation, t-independent, t singleton group, ANOVA and regression analysis were carried out. One-group t-test results indicate favorable performance status and change in administrators. The Pearson correlation test results between its components, change management and performance management and all its components (planning, organization, coordination, mood and evaluation) showed a significant positive correlation between the two variables along with their components are the 99% significant level. The logistic regression analysis showed that the two components of intellectual property management and motivation of the greatest role in predicting the performance of managers have been able 49% of the variation the basic variable (the performance of management) predicted. Finally, independent t-tests and ANOVA results indicate that the status of change management and performance management are no significant differences in terms of gender and work experience.
