چکیده :

Information is one of the most important advantages of an organization for the attainment of dynamism and permanence (stability). Moreover, research or analysis is also considered as one of important methods to get access to correct information for the adoption of strategic decisions, hence being thought of as a prerequisite for the selection and adoption of a suitable strategy. On the one hand, in today's environment where organizations have to continuously overcome various challenges including broad attendance of competitors, outstanding progress of informational and communication technologies, changing wants and demands of customers and the recent world financial crisis, information plays a deniably important function in taking a suitable strategy, removing ambiguities and consequently in forming an obvious and clear future. Market information plays the key role in helping firms have a successful attendance in foreign markets. Actually, it is through using market information that firms can manage to reduce their risk and uncertainty to enter foreign markets, hence getting to a competitive advantage, which is considered as an effective step to have a stable export in today's environment. Therefore, the present essay is intended to investigate the factors effective on a suitable market information system on the basis of library studies, in addition to introducing the phenomenon of market information and its significance in today's firms. The research findings are indicative of the existence of a deep exploratory gap in the field in the marketing literature. Based on these findings, numerous factors can be found effective on firms' application of market research. Some of the most well-known factors effective on the establishment of market information system are organizational, strategic, managerial, environmental and cultural ones.
