Abstract- The aim of this study is the relationship between the indicators of success in knowledge management and learning organization in the Technical High School Divandari of Sabzevar. (Divandari Technical High School is a samples technical training center and boarding).This research is a type of Descriptive –correlation. The study population included all the employees at the Technical High School Divandari of sabzevar (97 people). Due to low members of statistical community, sampling method in the census (97people) Means sample society is equal to the statistical community. Data collection tool was a questionnaire teleos for knowledge management success indicators and was Peter Senge's learning organization questionnaire and the demographic questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods Was used for data analysis.Research findings show that there is some meaning ful relationship between the indicators of success and learning organization(level a=0/05) at the Technical High School Divandari of sabzevar
