چکیده :

The aim of this study was Identify barriers of system approach and provides a model to improve the directors of the Hydropower Company of Iran that was conducted in 2014. The present study in term of aim is applied and in term of nature is correlational. Today, in the third millennium individualistic and competitive behavior is characteristic of modern societies in most organizations today's competitive behavior instead of cooperation and positive interaction between components and island views outside. Based organizations that are working to develop a holistic and systemic approach to institutionalize cooperation in the structure, culture and processes and to promote cooperation in information flow and create synergy between individuals and groups within the organization, especially managers, as well as the relationships with other organizations. This paper is concerned primarily with the expression of the creation or development of a systematic view of the directors, the process of how to create this type of thinking associated with the Administrators drawing. After, explaining the purposes of the factors affecting on analysis and classification, finally, the synthesis and study of various models and theories presented by experts. Methods of data collection are questionnaire and stratified random sampling. Data from a sample of 182 people with hydropower company’s executives collected to test the hypothesis that primary and secondary research. According to the hypothesis, the sample and the results of the research proposal preparation and finally presented.
