Evaluation of organizational intelligence and its relationship with employee optimism

This study seeks to explain the relationship between organizational intelligence and employee optimism. This is a practical correlational field study (survey). The statistical population of this research consists of 90 employees of Bank Saderat of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. Because there was no access to the population variance and it was not known whether the variables were successful or not Morgan Table was used for sample size consisting of 73 persons. The selection method is simple random sampling. The required data were collected through questionnaires. SPSS software was used for analyzing the data. Correlation test was used for the deductive analysis of the data and Friedman test was used for ranking. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between organizational intelligence and employee optimism. Employee optimism is above average.
