چکیده :

Today's the interaction effect of public administration and political environment is one of the important issues in scholars and experts studies. Anotherhand, accountability is a factor that link citizens and governmental agencies that effective public administration formed from this link. Also, health sector always considered by policy makers as one of the axes of sustainable development and governments try to ensure public health based on this slogan. So in country's planning people's health is placed at the head of government affairs. The management systems, also is a key role in client satisfaction and accountability. Therefore, this research tries to study the relationship between management systems and accountabilityin the I.R. Iran health sector. This study is descriptive and we survey the real attitudes and behavior of citizens in the workplace and family. Variables don't control and manipulate and for implementation of research don’t create the artificial environment. The population of research is all hospitals in Tehran province and a total of 142 medical units in Tehran province, 101 hospitals were chosen as sample by stratified method. This study shows there is a relationship among management systems and accountability in the Tehran hospitals and due to positive correlation coefficients it is the direct relationship. Finally, it was shown that between goals and strategies, manager characteristics, motivational systems, and empowerment system with the accountability there is a direct and significant relationship. i.e., with increment of each of the variables, accountability will increase.
