Tourism with various targets has become one of the main pillars of world commercial economy. Unfortunately, in Iran, this industry has not been studied from different angles and tourist attraction obstacles and problems have not been identified seriously. In this article subject to various laws and regulations adopted by the state in support of tourists at international and the country level will be discussed. Also take a look at the various concepts and terms related to global tourism, travel and tourism in the expression of Quran verses, history of travel and tourism industry issues, rights and privileges of the state and adopted by the legislature for tourists in support of foreign tourism in Iran is the main objectives of the present study.
