In today's competitive world, supply chain management is one of the key issues of businesses firms that affect all activities of organization in order to produce goods and provide services needed by customers. Thus, considering opportunities and threats of global business arena and evaluating organization power in facing the risks of this field are very crucial. Risk management of supply chain is responsible for identification, analysis, offering solutions for responding, control and monitoring of risks in economic and production cycles. The study aims to identify risks of supply chain and their classification. The study results show that supply chain risks are tracked and evaluated from supplier to end customer.
