In this study tried to be investigated the relationship of physiochemical factors of water on growth index (SGR) of vannamei shrimp in Bushehr farms – Iran in during 120 days in the year 2012. physiochemical factors of water and growth index of vannamei shrimp (SGR) was investigated every once10. There was a positive and significant relationship between SGR with oxygen (y= 0.7699x-0.8279 R2=0.125) and transparency (biological) (y=0.0587x-0.1735 R2=0.173) and a negative and significant relationship between SGR with salinity (y= -1.3698x+ 48.765 R2= 0.113) , (P<0.01). While there was not significant relationship between SGR with other variables in this study (P>0.05).
