New Product has been recognized as key drivers for corporate profitability and growth in today's fast changing environments. To predict correctly the development of the new product becomes a critical issue. Accordingly, this study adopted the fuzzy AHP method to obtain professional's opinions on this issue. To deal with this typical situation the current researchers combined the much known AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) with QFD (Quality Function Deployment). Here the AHP method redefined under fuzziness. Then QFD process is applied to identifying and ranking customer’s need and translating them into technical specification. Take a look at obtained results; we could mention the role of each of these external factors in satisfaction of digital scale customers and technical characteristics in providing these factors and the prioritization of product specification of integration of the fuzzy AHP & QFD.
