Hygiene Trainings in Kindness and Friendship Prophet (PH) Words, Relying on Nahj- al- Fasaha

Introduction and the problem explanation: The hygiene and health of people is kind of the noteworthy points to the Prophet of Islam (PH). Cleaning regarding and avoiding of overeating have been noted by him. He has also dominated about the gene effect on human spirit and asked men to pay attention in wife choosing. Another issues such as making food using fire, cow milk healing power, taking shower and etc., are the examples of hygiene teachings in the messenger (PH) words.Authors of this article trying to survey the hygiene teachings in Nahj - al- Fasaha and explain them.Documents: Sixty one hadith have been mentioned in Nahj - al- Fasaha about the hygiene teaching and advices, such as the hadith number إنّ الله تعالی حیثُ خلق الداءَ : 692 خلق الدّواء فتداووا The God, created the pain and the cure, so treat your pains.Studying method: It has been descriptive – Attributive, however beside the hadiths, it has been tried to be mentioned some points about the contemporary medical sciences. Results:In Personal hygiene, He has asked people to take shower and take care about their mouth and teeth. He has also warned about feeding hygiene and avoiding the overeating, he has counted the fast as a factor of health.The prophet (PH) has also advised about the sodomy and wine drinking eluding. The application and effects:Using the religion advices of the prophet (PH) can increase the novel achievements in medical science, such as the benefits of cow milk drinking.
