چکیده :

The aim of the present study is to examine the relationship between organizational health and occupational performance in West Azerbaijan Standard Administration. The study is correlational and applied. The data were collected through the use of questionnaire. The statistical population comprises of 55 employers who were chosen as the sample size accordingly. Descriptive statistics (variance, mean, and standard deviaiton0 and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient) were used to run the analysis. The results obtained from Peron correlation coefficient indicated that there was a relation between organizational health and occupational performance. Also, it was found that there was a relationship between scientific emphases, spirit, support, resources, influence of manager, institutional uniqueness. organizational health, job performance, West Azerbaijan Standard Administration
