Motorcycle accidents have imposed much damage on public health which can be summarized into two categories; not preserving safety issues such as using helmets, and risky behavior like acrobatic moves, high speed, spiral movements etc.This study was of cross-sectional type conducted on a sample of 251 motorcyclists. Two subjects pertaining to the level of safety issues preservation and prevalent risky behavior were examined hereby using CRT fitting model. Here we tried to find a ranking scheme in order to define behavior types amongst motorcyclists, so we could establish a standard norm for accident intervention rate and accident severity rate based on that ranking. Based on this study we find more than 61% of participant drivers had experienced an accident while only 14% of them did not show risky driving behavior. Each motorcyclist shows risky behavior 2.363 times a year on average. This rate changes between 1.43 and 5.643 based on CRT model categorization. In average, 591 people out of 1000 are involved in accidents; and 404 accidents are re-ported to have caused injuries. Stroke brain damage is reported in 12 cases out of those 404 while other 347 people get injured. As a conclusion; Most motorcyclists were in dynamic age groups (younger than 30) and suffer from two main trauma creating factors – not wearing helmet, and tendency to risky behavior like racing, high speed, etc. Experiencing accidents and driving penalties have a low effect on their behavior.
