Identification and prioritizing of infrastructures project portfolio management implementation from the perspective of Iranian project managers

This research, can be identified the infrastructures needs for the successful implementation of project portfolio management. The aim of the present study, application of the method of data collection, descriptive / survey; We reviewed the literature and using experts and experts using the Delphi technique, the 6 main and 23 pilot secondary structure were identified. The questionnaire was designed to measure the validity and reliability was confirmed by university professors and experts in the field of project management. It also improves the quality of results, alpha level been measured at about 78 percent was calculated. Then Rating infrastructures identified by Friedman's test. The results indicate that top management supports in terms of construction project managers in the country has the highest average rating of 9.11 and Educational environment with an average rating of 6.42 has the lowest rates.
