چکیده :

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and inspections efficiency of inspect Department Sistan and Baluchestan province. method of study was descriptive - correlation and population included all inspectors (employed and honorary) and superintendent of the General Inspector of Sistan and Baluchestan province in 1391, their numbers are 55 persons; sampling method was a Census. To collect the required information, adapted questionnaire, “Ang cultural intelligence” and to assess the effectiveness questionnaire, “person knowledge and unobtrusive” was used. The results showed that between cultural intelligence and its components, including strategy, knowledge, motivation and behavior with efficiency of inspectors and superintendent of the General inspection in Sistan and Baluchestan province, there is a relationship; among the four components of cultural intelligence, motivational cultural intelligence are able to predict efficiency of inspectors . Inspectors use knowledge and individual thought processes associated to the control of culture and receive and decode infrastructure for their behavior and others and towards cultural differences and similarities and others become aware and when communicate with others in different environments and different organizations act more efficiently. Thus, according to this that the inspectors should be deployed in different environments, and each of these organizations has different requirements, can through the promotion of cultural intelligence of investigators, increased efficiency and productivity in the inspection.
