چکیده :

The main purpose of this study is surveying the relationship between spiritual intelligence with transformational leadership and organizational health among managers and employees of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. In terms of applied research, the method of data analysis, correlation and its purpose is to identify and describe the current state of spiritual intelligence (the independent variable) on the population studied and the transformational leadership and organizational health (dependent variables). Data collected in this study by questionnaires. The spiritual intelligence questionnaire with 29 items, transformational leadership questionnaire with 28 items, organizational health questionnaire with 44 items, the coefficients of internal reliability measurement to indicate acceptable means. The alpha coefficient equal to 0.76 to spiritual intelligence, 0.91 to transformational leadership and 0.79 to organizational health. In order to analyze the data resulted from collected questionnaires deductive and descriptive statistical methods are used. So we can use Pearson Correlation coefficients to test the hypothesis of the research. Findings show that spiritual intelligence has positive correlation coefficients with transformational leadership and organizational health among managers and employees of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Also, there is relationship between transformational leadership and organizational health Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences.
