چکیده :

This paper, using the method of IRA (Integrated Room Automation) by simulation of the building with Resistance Capacitance network, we calculate heat transfer rate. We consider the best ambient temperature, 20℃, for the threshold temperature. Therefore, after calculating the heat transfer rate and comparing it with the threshold temperature, we compute the ambient temperature for the Chiller device (T). So, we calculate set point cooling capacity regarding the maximum mass flow rate (F_nom), specific heat of air at constant pressure (C_p), outside air temperature (T_OA) and ambient/inside temperature (T).
