چکیده :

The purpose of this study was to investigate and clarify the organization of effective staff utilization enhance the creativity of the Magi is a network of irrigation and drainage. The study included all employees, including 323 persons. Cronbach's alpha to assess the reliability and validity of the measuring instruments used. The investigation continues and additional assumptions of the two-sample ttest, the ANOVA also was used.The results showed that a significant correlation between organizational factors such as management support, training, job satisfaction, organizational structure, participation and organization there are processes with creativity. T-test was used to determine the index of attitudes among men and women alike. This index is based on the quantity F insight into the different levels of education and training to these indicators influence respondents' attitudes.
