چکیده :

Attention to issues related to supply chain and marketing of our relationship is important, and in the long-term relationship with the suppliers of raw materials should also be considered, because the argument for providing superior customer value is the final. The concept of consent in most research has focused in more on the final consumer, while this paper examines the concept of industrial suppliers and buyers. In this paper, the factors determining the relationships between companies (industrial buyers) and suppliers are identified. The main objective of this research, the concept of satisfaction in the supply chain from the perspective of industrial buyers. Examine how factors related to partnership, association, trust, and compliance with customer expectations and satisfaction in the chain supply to fill the gap between supply and also to promote and improve business and organizational satisfaction is of utmost importance.
