چکیده :

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of human resource strategy and organization culture on state bank clerks’ job satisfaction in West Azerbaijan Province. Organization culture is associated with four components namely developmental culture, group culture, rational culture, and hierarchical culture. For data collection, Dr. Fayazi’s (2012) questionnaire was used for human resource strategy, Denison’s (2000) questionnaire for organization culture, and Suzan J Linz’s (2003) questionnaire for job satisfaction by Cronbach’s alphas 0.789, 0.918, and 0.709, respectively. According to a stratified-random sampling method, 145 state bank clerks in West Azerbaijan Province were selected. For statistical analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and multiple regression were used in conjunction with SPSS 21. The results of the research indicated that human resource strategy significantly affects job satisfaction, and organization culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction. In this regard, group culture, developmental culture, rational culture and hierarchical culture also have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
