چکیده :

The purpose of the present study is to explore the relationship between organizational learning capacity and human resource productivity in Ansar Bank of West Azerbaijan Province. By purpose, the present study is an applied research, and in terms of methodology, it falls into the category of correlational studies. The statistical population is consisted of 400 employees of Ansar Bank of West Azerbaijan Province. The process of sampling has been carried out using simple random sampling method. Due to the population being limited, Cochran’s simple sampling method for limited population has been used. On that basis, with 5 percent error margin, the sample size is determined to be 264. Considering the model’s framework, the instrument of data collection in this research is a standard questionnaire. The mentioned questionnaire is consisted of three sections i.e. descriptive information (including information about sex, age, education, and employment record), assessment of organizational learning capacity which is based on the study by Kitapci & Celik (2013), and productivity which is based on the study by Nasiripour et al. (2009). The collected data has been analyzed using SPSS software program. The results suggest that organizational learning capacity and its components (systems orientation, learning orientation, knowledge acquisition, and information sharing) have a significant relationship with human resource productivity in in Ansar Bank of West Azerbaijan Province; also, learning orientation is the most important component affecting human resource productivity in in Ansar Bank of West Azerbaijan Province.
