چکیده :

The winners in today’s changing world are those who apply innovation and product development constantly in order to secure and ensure their sustainability. The purpose of this article is to introduce a method for risk management in the new product development process in Iran’s automotive industry. In addition, for organizational innovation life cycle of risk management method in the new product development process with an efficient technique for risk management, first we identify six main types of risks (Organizational, managerial, financial, production recourses, marketing and technical) in the phases of new product development and then these risk factors will be prioritized and ranked by using the analytic network process. This research can be taken in account of the applicational researches methodology from the view point of its purpose .The statistical population of the research is consisted of 30 people of Iran’s automotive industry directors, senior experts. The Paired comparisons questionnaire and Library Studies were used to collect the data in the present research. The results of this applied technique shows that the organizational risk is the most important andthe technical risk is the least important one in risk management of new product development process. The sub-factor, lack of adequate equipment (production resources risk), has the most importance in the new product development.
