چکیده :

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology has provided a new opportunity for improving organizations' financial and operational function. This technology has caused the increase in rate of data collection, and the improvement of organizations' efficiency compared to the time of applying bar code reader systems. In this context, RFID provides a new opportunity for applying Business Intelligence (BI), monitoring organizational functions, better understanding of bazaar, identifying consumer's attitude, behaviors and preferences for products. However, organizations using this technology encounter deep challenges in the course of their job. The purpose of this article is to introduce RFID technology and how to apply it by using library method, and to examine previous researchers' work. On the other hand, this article aims to evaluate the relationship between this technology and BI, and its related issues. The results of this research can help organizations. It managers decide to improve organizational systems for using various applications of RFID technology.
