Analyzing the Effect of Value Chain Outsourcing on Productivity Based on the Customer and Learning Perspective of BSC Model

Since Value Chain (VC) is especially important for organizations, this study aims to analyze the effect of VC outsourcing on organizational productivity. This study makes use of the conclusions of the related literature and tests out the Paired Samples T-Test , Paired Differences mean and considers the differences between them. The population consists of all the managers and staff of Iran Khodro Company, Khorasan Branch, who were involved in the outsourcing process. Then, a sample of 110 people was taken from those who were involved before and after the outsourcing process based on the purposeful (judgmental) sampling. This study made use of the questionnaire instrument, the reliability assessment result of which, by the use of Cronbach s Alpha, was equal to 0.823. It is important to note that to assess productivity, the BSC model/customer and learning perspective was also used. The findings of this study indicate that the learning and growth perspective has been affected most by the outsourcing
