چکیده :

management is the ability of running an organization and requires the management of human and material resources and many intricacies. Ethical role of the manager depends on keeping the enthusiasm and stimulating the motivation to accelerate the integration of organizational units to achieve optimal results and is an undeniable and crucial issue in the efficient management of the organization. A manager will bring a combination of values and beliefs that have been created and evolved during life through education, experience and training to the organization, he/she will make decisions based on them and answers the raised questions from his/her perspective. Naturally, decision making would be very difficult in an organization with pressures such as productivity, competitiveness and power of the managers, sometimes managers make decisions that are on the contrary of acceptable values in the society due to pressure from different areas. But when social responsibility is involved, what is the right thing? This is one of the most fundamental questions facing managers. Therefore, the by presenting the perspectives in this paper, the importance of ethics and social responsibility are expressed and the positive effects of observing social responsibility on organizational success were investigates. Finally, according to the International Organization for Standardization Expert Reviews, the need for transferring the social responsibility to an international standard (ISO 26000 in today's society) is expressed.
