SURVEYING OF ETHICAL CLIMATE INDEXES ON LABOR PRODUCTIVITY IN SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES OF IRAN

The aim of this article is to study the effects of Ethical Climate on labor productivity in Iranian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). By using data for Ardabil province SMEs we can study the effect of Ethical Climate on labor productivity in this country. Data has collected from 42 managers of SMEs in Ardabil Province of Iran by two questionnaires of study variables. Descriptive statistics has calculated for the study constructs. T-test has performed to compare means of the constructs between variables and Pearson correlation coefficients. Also it has calculated among the study constructs. Findings show that there is a relationship between ethical climate indexes and Labor productivity in Iran’s SMEs.
