fundamental Civil Rights in Strategic Management in the Holy Q'uran

The Holy Qur'an is a book that is sent from the God to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) who himself has established and managed an Islamic government. Islamic Management is a comprehensive management that is equipped with sophisticated techniques and dynamic principles. This paper attempts to make a theoretical and practical strategic model based on the Holy Qur'an verses regarding to management. We analyze examples of the civil fundamental rights in the Holy Qur'an which are beyond religion, unchangeable in different time and place, and make a correlation among the rights to know many of the civil rights in each time and place. According to it, fundamental rights play a basic role in explaining civil rights in the Holy Qur'an management system.
