چکیده :

The present study aims to investigate the features of learning system in Islamic Azad University, BranchKaleibarfrom managers and science association members’ views. The factors of learning system which areinvestigated in this study are constant learning, research and discussion, team learning, employees’ empowerment, cooperation system, system communications, and strategic management. The methodology of the study is a descriptive and survey-based one. The population sample of this study is all managers and the science association members of Islamic Azad University in branchKaleibar. The population sample includes 152 numbers by using the sample methodology of relative classification. In order to gather the data, Watkins and Marsick’squestionnaire of learning system is used and its reliability is confirmed by the construct reliability. Its reliability is calculated by dividing it into two equal parts (0/89). In order to analyze the assumptions of the study, the statistically inferentialmethod such as t-test is used in addition to the use of statistically descriptive scales. The findings of the study show that science association members’ views confirm all factors in the learning system. The mean score for Islamic Azad University, branchKaleibar, learning system is 3/02 and standard deviation is 0/25 which shows Islamic Azad University, branchKaleibar, in terms of learning system has the average score and conclusively the t-test in the learning system variables is statistically significant (>p0/01) and shows the necessity of using learning system for this university.
