چکیده :

The present study aimed to investigate the organizational climate of Kaleibar Azad University from administrators andfaculty member’s perspective. This descriptivesurvey research adopted and examined theorganizational climate principles of Halp in and Croft. Statistical population consisted of all administrators and faculty members of Kaleibar Islamic Azad University among whom 152sampleswere selectedbyStratified sampling. For data collection, Halp in and Croft questionnaire was used; the validity of the questionnairewasconfirmedusingconstruct validityand its reliability was confirmedusingsplit half test0.84. In order toanalyze thehypothesis,In addition to the adoption of descriptivecharacteristics, the inferentialstatistical methodswere usedsuch assingle-samplet-test.The results of theresearchconfirmed all the parameters of organizational climatefrom the perspective offaculty members.The organizational climate mean was3.21 with a standard deviation of 8.0 that shows the above-average scores of Kaleibar University in terms of organizational climate, and as a result, the t-test variablesarestatistically significant (≤p0.01) indicating the need to push the university towards the creation of afavorable organizational climate.
