چکیده :

Nowadays to discuss organizational support has been very important and can be one of the success factors for organizations. The purpose of this research was to study relationship between Organizational and readiness of the implementation ICT in the university personnel. readiness for doing activities with regard to individual and organizational factors depend on factors such as tendency to participation, maturity, leadership style, centralization, relation between management and used of tools. Research method was descriptive_correlative and statistical population of the study was all personnel at University who were employed in 2012–2013 consist of 239 that 86 employees were selected randomly as statistical sample. Data was collected by using two questionnaires: 1) researchers made questionnaire for ICT consists of 32 items for personal, structure, and culture readiness; and 2) Eisenberg et. All (1986) Organizational Support Questionnaire. Reliability both questionnaires were calculated using Chronbach coefficient and were 0.79 and 0.88 respectively Research Findings showed that there was significant relation between organizational Support and readiness establishing ICT (individual readiness r =0.44, cultural readiness r =0.60, structural readiness r =0.39, at p = 0.00).
