Application of Fuzzy Topsis Technique for Strategic Management Decision

MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making) Fuzzy TOPSIS such as is concerned with structuring and solving decision and planning problems involving multiple criteria. The purpose is to support decision makers facing such problems. Typically, there does not exist a unique optimal solution for such problems and it is necessary to use decision maker’s preferences to differentiate between solutions. This paper discusses the use of MCDA for supporting strategic management. By considering the technical issues associated with the content of strategic decisions, and also the social aspects that characterize the processes within which they are created. This paper presents a fuzzy TOPSIS technique for strategy selection problem. By using TOPSIS technique we support strategy selection decisions.
