چکیده :

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the Relationship between Job areas (background, certificate(degree), Field of study) of the Teachers with academic failure of the Students in the Sixth grade of the Elementary School in Boroujerd.. The statistical population of this study included all teachers and pupils in the sixth grade of primary school in the year of 2015-16 in urban society of Bojnourd . The number of students in the sixth grade of Bojnourd was about 3679 and the number of teachers in this grade was 104. The sample size for teachers was 86 and for the students was 351. Then , A questionnaire about the class management style was distributed among teachers. In order to measure academic failure, the grades of mathematics and experimental sciences of each class were taken at the end of the questionnaire. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between Job areas (background, certificate(degree), Field of study) of the Teachers and academic failure of the Students in the Sixth grade of the Elementary School which in its role it can cause increasing or decreasing of student's academic underachievement Key words: academic failure, teachers' job areas
