چکیده :

The purpose of this paper is to show that the use of emotional intelligence (EI) is proposed as independent variable to assess how with mediating of communication and also moderating of organizational culture, organizations can improve strategic alignment between managers and employees. On the other hand, strategic management in current paper can influence on organizational culture.
