چکیده :

This study aims to explain the relationship between organizational learning and organizational knowledge management. The research method in this study is a survey method of a kind of correlational field study, and also is a functional one in nature. The research statistical population are a total 55 individuals of the staff of Economic and Financial Affairs organization in Chaharmahal_ and_ Bakhtiari province. Because of unavailability of variance, the population was decreased to 48 people based on Morgan Scale. The sampling method is simple random. A questionnaire survey has been used to collect required data and we used a SPSS software to analyze them. Results revealed a
