According the supply chain requirements in the changing world, the lack of flexibility is one of the obstacles which avoid organizations for being successful in becoming more competitive. In today competitive world, a variety of products must be available for customers. The customers’ request for high quality products has led to an increasing pressure. As a result, the organizations won’t be able to perform all the tasks by their own. In today competitive market, the economic and manufacturing institutions, require Managing and monitoring resources and related elements outside the organization beside the performing the organization and their internal resources. In fact, it’s because of obtaining the competitive advantage for gaining more market share. Managing the supply chain can perform this issue in the way that customers can receive faster and more reliable services and high quality products at the lowest cost. It’s important to mention that, agility as a new paradigm in industry can improve the situation of these organizations. Thus, we are trying to evaluate the agility capabilities on supply chain performance in order to gain a competitive advantage in organization through recognizing the important elements in on supply chain success. Then by understanding this, we will examine the relationship between agility capabilities and supply chain performance in organization in field research between industrial companies.
