The use of new techniques such as in vitro regenerated plants an increase in the production of pharmaceutical active ingredients are rapidly deploying. In this study, the effect of hormonal treatment of solid and liquid culture regenerated plants were analyzed .A Drosera spatulataL. or solar dew plant from Droseracea family history of the native country and is well cultivated in vitro. Plant Drosera spatulata has medicinal properties such as anti-pain, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial is a seizure. Geographically wide range of plant growing naturally in the world and in South East Asia to Australia and is found in the eastern part of the territory. Phytochemical analysis of the extract showed that the extract contains Drosera spatulata known pharmacological agents such as hyperoside quercetin ? myricetin and kaempferol, which can have analgesic properties. Leaves of plants grown on liquid and solid medium (MS) with different hormonal treatments (IAA, BA, GA containing sucrose) were planted. The results showed that the liquid medium with hormonal treatments (IAA 0.5ppm, GA 1ppm, BA 0.5ppm) have significant effects on the growth, proliferation and flowering plants with a liquid medium.
