چکیده :

Vitamin E can provide a good antioxidant, according to scientific evidence regarding the pharmacology and high-dose medicinal properties of the liver. Vitamin E transmission occurs through the residues of chylomicrons, intermediatedensity, low- or high-density lipoproteins. The liver directs various forms of vitamin E either to the catabolic pathway or to various lipoproteins through unknown mechanisms.Materials and Methods: Adult male and female Wistar rats weighing 222 g were used, pregnant rats were randomly divided into six experimental groups and from day zero of gestation to day 2 after birth of vitamin E and oil. Received by gavage. And a number ofoffspring were euthanized on day 3 after anesthesia and liver for histopathological examination and measurement ofantioxidant activity, MDA, GPX, SOD and placed at -80 ° C. Microtomes were cut to about 1 micron in thickness and stained by H&E method and studied by light microscopy. Results: There was a significant reduction in oxidative enzymes MDA in vitamin E group compared to control group(P <0.5). GPX levels also increased significantly compared to controls (P <0.5). And histopathology showed a significantincrease in the number of hepatocytes at doses of 122, 222 , 400 and vitamin E (P <0.5).Discussion: Vitamin E has a favorable effect on oxidative stress and reduces cell toxicity. It also reduces the damage tolobules and hepatocytes, as well as maintaining stability and integrity of liver cells
